At the bottom of everypage is an entry field to enter your email address that will enable you to receive all the latest news and information.
To unsubscribe simply hit the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the latest newsletter you have received from us.
What delivery methods do we offer?
We currently offer two delivery options: Royal Mail Special Delivery,and 2nd Class Standard Delivery.
Special Delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK special delivery orders one working day after the day you place your order with us, for orders placed before 12pm (GMT).
2nd Class Standard delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK,standard orders in 3-5 working days.
However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days please contact us. Please note however, that Royal Mail do stipulate that a delivery within the UK isn't classified as missing until 15 working days have passed.
Due to their size and weight, all bikes are shipped via courier and only to UK addresses at the cost of £12. Please choose Courier when selecting shipping method at the checkout. Should another delivery method be selected our customer services team will contact you to arrange payment before your order can be processed.
Alternatively, we offer the option to collect clothing orders from our St Leonards Office. During the checkout stage select 'collection' from shipping methods. Once we have received and picked your order, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready for collection.

What is our returns process?
We offer a very easy exchange and refund policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whatever the reason.
Please note that unless faulty, products must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition and have all packaging and tags intact.
Make sure to include your original invoice stating the reason for return/exchange, or include a note with your name, full address, order number(if possible) and reason for return so that we can identify the return.
We normally process refunds within 3 working days once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, refunds are issued via the same way as the original payment was made.
How do you size your items?
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

What is the best way to clean/maintain my Tenn clothing?
|It is important to properly care for and clean Tenn's technical cycle clothing, otherwise you run the risk of compromising both lifespan and efficiency of your product. Every item of Tenn clothing has a white care label stitched into it, providing washing instructions so you can maintain your item. Should you have any questions or queries with regardsto caring for your Tenn product, we are always happy to assist.|
